I was ready to order, but the shipping cost was just way too high. It ain't not a small fee either, so it kind of made me second-guess the whole purchase.

My order from xlfeet.com showed up in a decent amount of time, and most of it was exactly what I ordered. One pair came in the wrong color, though, which was kind of frustrating. The size was right and the other items were fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it still meant extra hassle. Compared to a few other shoe sites I’ve used, the shipping was about average, but I’ve had fewer mix-ups elsewhere. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely double-check everything as soon as it arrives...

It took a bit longer than I was expecting, not sure how to explain it, but it just felt kind of slow. The shoes did show up in good condition though, so no issues there

I found the shoes I was looking for, which was great, and a friend had actually recommended the site to me. But using it on my phone was a little frustrating. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters didn’t always save the options I had selected.
Checkout was also kind of clunky on mobile. I had to backtrack a few times, which got annoying quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the site could definitely be smoother and easier to use on a phone.

Well... I was hoping these would fit a little better, but they ended up feeling too wide on my feet. They might work for someone with a wider fit, but they just weren’t quite right for me

I had a good experience shopping on xlfeet.com. I wear a hard-to-find size, so usually I’m stuck scrolling through like one sad-looking pair of shoes and calling it a day. Here I actually had a few options, which was a nice surprise. I was browsing while drinking lukewarm coffee at my kitchen table, so maybe my standards were low, but still, it felt better than most shoe sites. A couple styles I liked were out of stock in my size, which was annoying, but overall it was way less frustrating than usual. I’d use it again...

I emailed them twice about my order and never heard back. i kind of regret ordering from them because it feels like no one is even checking the messages. Really frustrating experience.

I really wanted to like these shoes, and I wasn’t exactly doing anything rough in them either, just normal everyday wear. But after about two weeks, the sole already started peeling off. I feel like for something brand new, that shouldn’t be happening so fast. I don’t think I’m being too picky here, the quality just wasn’t there.

I kept getting those polished, scripted-sounding replies that don’t actually explain anything, which just made me trust the whole process even less. Eventually it moved along, but it was a hassle from start to finish.

I ordered from xlfeet.com mainly because they actually had my size, which is usually the hardest part for me when shopping for shoes. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a smooth order, and that’s pretty much what I got. The shoes arrived fine and everything was as described.
The only thing that stood out was the price. I expected bigger sizes to cost a little more, but it still ended up being higher than I hoped. For what I got, the value felt okay, just not amazing.
Overall, it’s a decent site if you need harder-to-find sizes. I wouldn’t call it cheap, but I’d consider ordering again if there was a sale or discount going on

I tried to return a pair of shoes and the whole process just dragged on forever. Support wasn’t very helpful, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for the issue instead of trying to fix it. It was such a hassle that I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I was really hoping these shoes would work out, but they didn’t fit the way I expected at all?! Then trying to return them ended up being way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I waited longer than I hoped, and the customer service didn’t feel all that helpful. i’m disappointed and probably won’t order from xlfeet.com again.

The shoes fit fine and feel comfortable for short walks. I wore them out with my sister for the day, though, and by the end my feet were still a bit tired. They’re definitely better than some other pairs I’ve tried, but I was expecting a little more cushion overall

I placed my order because the site said the item was available, but then I found out nothing was actually in stock. Frustrating, and not a great customer experience

I went in thinking they’d have more wide-width options, but it was kind of disappointing. A bunch of the shoes I actually liked either didn’t come in wide or weren’t available, at least from what I could tell. Maybe I just went at a bad time, but it felt like I didn’t really get anywhere.
